Systems Engineer-supervised and designed functional computer-controlled subsystems and installed and tested them in networked satellite Earth Stations. Assisted in generation, negotiation, and technical supervision of contracts with various vendors of satellite equipment, including custom integrated circuit design. Obtained thorough working knowledge of all Earth Station equipment and operation, including multiplex, ground communication, High Power Amplifiers and Low Noise Amplifiers. Experience included software development on Tandem t/16 computer, and design of functional components for use with a Multibus(TM) system.

Electrical Engineer - Designed, implemented, and tested functional circuit cards and an automated test set to military customer specifications. Wrote and debugged assembler language programs, and tested associated hardware. Designed hardware using TTL, CMOS, and ECL logic families. Analyzed various encryption schemes and wrote encryption code-breaking programs in Pascal and C language.
